What to Expect

The Claymore mentorship program is a six-month commitment rooted in faith, service, and intentional relationship. Mentors meet with their mentee weekly and participate in periodic group formation sessions.

You do not need to have all the answers. You simply need to be willing to listen, share your own journey, and show up consistently.

How much time is required?

Mentors typically meet with their mentee once a week for about an hour, plus occasional group gatherings. The program runs for six months.

No prior formal mentoring experience is needed. We provide training and resources to help you succeed. What matters most is your willingness to walk alongside someone in their journey.

What does the matching process look like?

After your application is reviewed, our team will match you with a mentee based on shared interests, availability, and goals. You will be introduced before the program officially begins.

Is there ongoing support for mentors?

Yes. Mentors receive initial training, access to a resource library, and regular check-ins with program coordinators throughout the mentorship period.
